Thank you for shopping with BLUGREY! We take great pride in the quality of our streetwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.
1. 7-Day Return and Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange for your item(s). Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To protect our brand and ensure all customers receive brand-new, high-quality products, items must strictly meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:

Original Tags Intact: The product tags must still be attached to the garment. If the tag is removed, cut, or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible.

Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

No "Unusual" Wear: If we notice any stains, odors (like perfume or smoke), pet hair, or any other signs that the item has been worn or used, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a product that is damaged or defective straight out of the package:

Please contact us immediately within the 7-day window.

We will gladly exchange the item for a fresh piece of the same product (subject to stock availability).
