At BLUGREY, we want to get your fresh streetwear to you as fast as possible! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process and delivery timelines.
1. Processing & Shipping Timelines
To ensure your order is perfect, we split our delivery process into two parts:

Processing Time (1–2 Days): Once you place an order, it takes us 1 to 2 business days to verify your details, pick your items, check them for quality, and pack them up securely.

Shipping Time (3–4 Days): After your package leaves our warehouse, it takes standard courier services 3 to 4 business days to deliver it directly to your address.
📦 Total Delivery Time: Overall, you can expect your package to arrive safely at your doorstep within 6 to 7 business days from the date you placed your order.
2. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is packed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey in real-time.
3. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Blugrey is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact our support team immediately before the 2-day processing window ends!
